ENTREES
Lavender Poached Scallops
Meyer lemon and lavender butter poached scallops, rolled pasta in a shallot clam
sauce over a bed garlic lemon asparagus
Three scallops are poached in a lavender and Meyer lemon (hybrid of a
lemon and tangerine) butter then delicately placed on rolled pasta that has been
tossed in shallot and clam sauce over a bed of asparagus that has been lightly
sautéed in garlic oil and Meyer lemon zest.
Taproot’s Shepard’s Pie
The taproot version of a traditional Shepard’s pie. Tender pieces of tenderloin, slow
cooked with vegetables in a rich demi glace and topped with parmesan crusted chili
mashed potatoes.
