With 22 tap lines committed exclusively to hand crafted LOCAL artisan brews, here at the Tap Root we’ve got our beer down to a science. The Tap Root has always been a supporter of local Alaskan breweries and that still holds true in our new location! What we don’t have on tap, we probably have in the bottle. From Belgian Trappists, to our ever so popular PBR tall boy. Tap Root offers an extensive selection of bottles and cans, specializing in imported ales, including a wide variety of gluten free and organics beers as well. Along with our superior tap and bottle selection Tap Root also offers several local meads including the two recently voted “Best Meaderies in the World”, Ring of Fire and Celestial Meads. Oops! Did we forget to mention our modest, but tasteful wine selection? Tap Root is definitely number one when it comes to brews, booze and everything else that lies in the middle.
